The recent social unrest that has happened in the Nord-West and South-West regions of Cameroon these past weeks, has been marked by the strike actions and demands of amelioration by some teachers and lawyers of the Anglophone speaking zones.

The Anglophone lawyers had demanded amongst others the availability of the OHADA Uniforms Acts in English, the posting of all Anglophone magistrates in Anglophone regions, and all Francophone magistrates in the Francophone regions. They also demanded a return to a federal system of administration, etc… In order to answer the plights of the lawyers, inform the public and establish the truth about the happening of events, the Minister of State, Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals, Laurent Esso has granted an interview to LE + DE REPERES.
